The reinforcing chambers in the sash and frame are filled with proEnergyTec foam, a special material that can easily be recycled later. The resulting thermal insulation values fulfill the required passive house standards for annual heating requirements to 4755 Btu/sq ft of living space.
This system works in conjunction with the H.O. Schlüter Classic System and AluClip Systems which enables a modern design with large glass surfaces, but also provides more solar gains.
